VALENTINE'S DAY

So true, but I lurve Valentine's Day anyway!

Little Red had a ball at his party yesterday, despite my minor screw up. As we were leaving I went to his cubby and picked up his HUGE bag of candy. On the way out he said, "What's dat smell?" I said, "I dunno, buddy." He responded with "Mmmm...Smells like Candy," all the while eyeing the bag of sweets I was carrying and grinning his bestest grin. Of course I had to give him a sucker for the ride home. What can I say? Guess I'm a sucker, too.

Once in the Yukon, he told me not to buckle him up. I told him he was nuts and that it wasn't safe, plus there was no way I was going to jail. He looked at me as serious as can be and said, "Mommy, Dust go weal slow." Sorry son, that's just not an option.
